It is an amazing opportunity for our practice to contribute on providing our knowledge and experience in the field of residential and mix-use projects. SMD+ has completed recently the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Knightsbridge London with their client Plendi by VINCI Construction. Also, they are currently in collaboration with IZAKI Group Investments on the luxury residential development of Long & Waterson in London.
